Resort Manager Erin pulls all the working parts of the resort and it’s employees together to create a cohesive and unique experience for your pet. This includes keeping all animals & people safe and happy, managing both daycare & boarding and overseeing training and grooming. “My job allows me to do my two favorite things: receive pet cuddles all day long & interact with those who love their animals just as much as I do.”
Her constant companion, shepherd mix Marshall is 9. “I have an ornery orange tabby at home, William, who is 11” who tends to keep both of their lives interesting.
In her spare time Erin watches true crime documentaries, kayaking & camping in the summer months, and cooking is a true passion.
Feel free to call her or stop by for a guided tour, and see how she can make your pet’s stay fun and a one of a kind experience!

Marissa is the newest addition to our Daycare Family. She loves being able to play with and care for our daycare dogs each day. She also likes making our boarding pets feel as if they are at second home. Her favorite part of daycare is meeting lots of dogs and watching them make new friends. She also enjoys helping younger dogs learn how to properly socialize, setting them up for a happy and more fulfilling life.
Marissa grew up on a farm with sheep, chickens, cattle, pigs, horses, lots of sheepdogs and works with the Border Collies to move the livestock. She has had a huge assortment of pets, including a hedgehog, parakeets, chinchilla, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, a corn snake and of course dogs.
She is currently the proud owner of two Boston Terriers, “The Littles”, Katie and Isabel; and a 1 1/2 year old black lab, Milo.
Her favorite animal is a platypus. In her free time she enjoys rock climbing and hiking.
Alyssa can be found smiling at the Resort desk, eager to make the most of your pet’s stay with us. She loves being able to interact with all of the pets and seeing how happy clients are when picking their dogs up.
She enjoys our flexible and fun work environment. She’s very personable and truly brings a positive and magnetic attitude to work every day.
When asked for her favorite animal, Alyssa replies, “Who doesn’t love puppies?” She’s also fascinated with sharks and turtles.
She enjoys being outside, hiking, laying on the beach and sports of any kind.
Emily joined our Resort recently and enjoys the flexibility her position allows to be able to play with dogs one minute, answer the phones the next and assist in the hospital when needed.
She strives to make each pet’s stay as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. She likes meeting new dogs, talking with and getting to know our clients and having the ability to help answer questions.
Emily comes to us with a background in large animal care, and owns a farm herself. She loves farming, working with calves, hiking and training dogs. She hopes to continue her education and become a veterinary technician so she can continue helping animals of all sizes.
She has an 8 year old black lab, Tater and recently added two kittens, T-Rex and Lucy and hopes to round out the family with another puppy soon.
Taylor is one of our newest Veterinary Assistants joining our team in late spring. She is enjoying her time split between the hospital and the resort, working some days as a Daycare Attendant. She graduated with a degree in Animal Science from UW – River Falls. She will attend Madison College this fall where she’ll pursue a Certified Veterinary Technician degree.
Her favorite part of working in the hospital so far is getting to know the clients, pets and staff members. She also enjoys making new four-legged friends in daycare! Each day brings new and unique learning opportunities.
In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, boating and four-wheeling with family and friends. She’s pictured with her family dog, Miley.
