Shamrock Pet Resort Staff


Morgan is a high school student who is planning on going to veterinary school some day to follow in the footsteps of her father, Dr. Joe Kelley. She is pictured here with her Jack Russell Terrier, Stella.


Jody is a native of Park Falls, Wisconsin, and has been a Groomer at Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital since October of 2008. She began her career in the pet care field in 2006 and has a professional dog grooming certificate from PetSmart. She also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville.

Her animal family includes two Miniature Pinschers named Meisha and Vash, and a Schnauzer mix named Bentley. Her interests include reading, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.


Brenna is a high school student who enjoys gymnastics and working in the family business. She is pictured here with her Jack Russell Terrier, Ladybug.


Animal Caretaker Sean is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but moved to Sauk City with his family and is a graduate of High School. He has been a member of the Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital staff since 2009.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Sean says, "The staff is great, they are very helpful and friendly and I love working with the animals. Actually, if you love animals, this is a great place to work."

At home, Sean has two cats named Rebee and Lola. His interests include playing football, track, basketball and drumming.

Boarding staff member Kimberly is no stranger to the care of animals as she continues to work with her family on their dairy farm in Sauk Prairie. "Working with animals is something I have always thought is fun," she says. "The staff here is very friendly as well, which makes it nice to be part of."

A native of Sauk Prairie, Kimberly joined the Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital staff in August of 2010. She has a Lab named Tyson and a cat named Cabo. Her interests include singing in the Sauk Prairie Show Choir, showing cattle, and scrapbooking.

A native of Mazomanie, Day Care and Boarding staff member Kelsey loves working with animals. She attended Wisconsin Heights high school and joined Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital staff in August 2013.

"I really enjoy working here because I love being around animals," Kelsey says. "I particularly love the daycare. I have so much fun playing and interacting with the different animals all day."

At home, Kelsey plays with her Pembroke Welsh corgi, Copper, and her two cats named Meow and Cloe. In her spare time, she enjoys taking care of Copper, playing volleyball and swimming.

Alex has been a receptionist with Shamrock Pet Resort since April 2012. A student at Sauk Prairie High School, Alex's bubbly personality helps make all our clients and their pets feel welcome and comfortable. Her responsibilities include scheduling reservations, answering questions about boarding and daycare, check out, and care of the boarded pets.

"I really enjoy working at Sauk Prairie Small Animal Hospital because of all the cute dogs I get to play with," she says. "I really enjoy the wonderful staff as well!"

When not working or in school, Alex enjoys dancing, baking, traveling with her family, and spending time with her friends.


Alex joined Shamrock Pet Resort in August 2013 and is a member of the boarding and dog daycare staff. When asked what his favorite part of the job is, Alex says, "I like seeing all the different types of dogs that come through here and getting to know their personalities. I"ve always liked animals, and with this job, Iím surrounded!" He also appreciates working close to home, which allows him to spend more time with his children.

In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, movies, TV, and playing board games. He has an Indian Ringneck Parakeet named Bella.


Casey is one of Shamrock Pet Resort's receptionists, and joined the team in September 2013. "I love working here because of how helpful the staff is," she says. "I feel like I'm learning new things every day!"

In addition to her duties as a receptionist, Casey also works in the doggie daycare department — her favorite part of the job. When asked what unique attributes she brings to Shamrock Pet Resort, Casey cites her "tons" of office experience, and the fact that she has "the cutest dog ever."

When she's not working with us at Shamrock, Casey spends her time bowling, hiking, baking, and going to Brewers' games. She also spends plenty of time with her dog, Setta, and her cat, Gimpy.
